Hengqin Industrial Development Company of Zhuhai Special Economic Zone was formally established.

Due to the development of Hengqin New Area, the company officially reformed, became a wholly owned subsidiary company of the state-owned enterprise, Zhuhai Da Hengqin Investment Co. Limited (DHQ).

Carried out the project that construction of Hengqin  New Area Nursery Base.

Officially took over the property services for Hengqin headquarters service center.

DHQCZ is responsible for the preparation of <Hengqin New Area Utility tunnel Management Method>, which got the approval of Hengqin New Area and is popularized over the nation-wide.

Officially took over Hengqin New Home’s property service and established the property service center.

DHQCZ officially involved in the early stage of maintenance of the Utility tunnel of Hengqin New Area.

DHQCZ is responsible for the preparation of <Hengqin New Area Outdoor Advertising Arrangement Plan( Huandao East Road, Huandao North Road)>, and got the approval of Hengqin New Area Public Construction Bureau.

The project of constructing the first column billboards was completed and put into use.

The company officially changed its name to " Da Hengqin Public Facility Management Co. Limited（DHQCZ）"

DHQCZ took over the management of the 21 bus shelters’ advertising of Huandao East Road.

Took over the property management for Hengqin New Area planning and construction of exhibition hall and the Zhuhai Hengqin Hengqin Investment CO., Limited.

Carried out property management services of Hengqin port.

Officially took over the mission that management and maintenance of municipal public facilities, sanitation cleaning, urban lighting, landscaping, comprehensive pipe gallery, bus shelters lot, sewer pumping station, sea walls, tunnels, Tian Mu He, drainage and other minicipal facilities’maintenance.

The company launched the first internship program, hundreds of students gathered to preach the meeting.

Invested and agent-constructed the first Three-dimensional Mechanical Garage project in Hengqin New Area.

The property team formally assigned to Hengqin·Macau Youth Innovalley,  Peking University entrepreneurship Training Camp, and Hengqin New Area comprehensive service center.

Successfully held the first job fair in Zhuhai human resource building, there were many people in site.

The management system attestation smoothly passed the experts’trial of SGS company, and awarded the certification.

The preparation of <Zhuhai Special Economic Zone underground comprehensive gallery management ordinance> was adopted by the 31st session of the Standing Committee, and carried out on February 1st, 2016.
