First to undertake new projects

To tackle the parking problem in Hongqi Village, three-dimensional mechanical garage construction project in Baoxing Road came into being. The project is invested by the government and incorporated into the project plan of Hengqin financial investment in 2015, with the budget of 25 million Yuan and increase of about 290 parking spaces after the completion.

On June 10, 2015, Da Hengqin Public Facility Management Co. Limited was formally appointed as the head for the construction in the Hengqin Administrative Committee meeting. After receiving the task of building, the Company immediately set up a special working group led by the company's leaders, and the construction work has taken a substantial step forward in a short period. On 3 July, the design work in the project is put out to tender. It is predicted that the project will be completed in 2016.
